If you are in Blenheim we’d love to meet up and chat about the ideas you have for your big day. If not, we're completely comfortable liaising by email and have done so for many out-of-town weddings and couples overseas. This initial consult is completely free of charge.

Following this, if you would like us to get to work on your stationery design we require a $50 deposit (if you order your stationery through Vanilla Hayes this will be deducted from your final account). We will email you through a concept design with an exact quote and can develop the design or make any changes needed until you are 100% happy with your stationery design.

Once you’re pretty happy with how everything is looking we can run-off a printed proof so that you can see exactly how your invitation will look and feel before we print off your entire order. 50% of your account is payable to proceed with printing, with the balance due for delivery of your completed stationery. Please allow around 2 weeks for your stationery to be printed and assembled. All stationery is delivered to you ready to send to hand-deliver or post to your guests.
